With yeast sourced from fragrant sorghum, sweet maize, bitter wheat, smooth glutinous rice, clear rice, and rough barley, it is a galaxy of ecologically unprocessed cereals Ą°originated in natureĄą. Put together, the six cereals produce a pretty strong-flavored bouquet.
